Where we deliver
MHR Aesthetics delivers nationwide across Pakistan. If you're unsure whether we reach your area, contact us before ordering.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your items and address. Orders are dispatched after confirmation.
Preparation and delivery times
Orders are usually prepared within 1 day. Typical delivery time is 3–4 days. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and courier delays may affect delivery.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 5,000. Below that, a flat Rs. 250 applies. The charge is always shown in your bag and at checkout before you place the order.
Address changes and delivery problems
Contact us as soon as you notice an incorrect address or a delivery problem, and include your order number. We'll check the status and explain the options.
Returns & refunds
Requesting a return
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the product concerned and the reason for your request.
Opened skincare
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare can only be returned if it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
Contact us promptly if there's a problem with your order. Keep the product and packaging while we review it. We may ask for photos to understand the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
How to send an approved return
We'll give you instructions and the correct return address. Please don't send products to our marketing or company address without return instructions.
Refunds
We'll let you know the outcome after reviewing your return. Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet to the account you provide.
